The luxurious cottage by the forest / 82m² usable area / by Lake Lipno in the Šumava Nature Reserve is intended for summer and winter holidays. The brick and insulated cottage on its own property is heated by a heat pump. The cottage is at an altitude of 755 m.
On the edge of the Hůrka cottage area on its own plot of 650 m², 2 km from Černá v Pošumaví, 6 km from Horní Planá. Right next to the forest, ensuring maximum privacy, comfort and peace.

The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 5 people in 2 attic bedrooms and 2 people in the living room on a sofa bed.
Bedrooms and rooms:
The first bedroom in the attic of the cottage is situated to the south with a balcony. It is equipped with a double bed with 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers. The second bedroom in the attic is equipped with 3 beds and a chest of drawers. A comfortable sofa bed for 2 people is on the ground floor in the living room.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a balcony, fireplace, LCD TV, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, CD player with radio, approx. 150 pieces of CD carriers, 1 x sofa bed, free WIFI connection, chest of drawers. It is possible to go out from the living room and sit on the balcony in a rattan sofa. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, drip coffee maker. All kitchen equipment can be found in a glass sideboard.
There is a wardrobe and a clothes rack in the hall. In the basement there is a garage used as a storage for sporting goods and equipment.

For winter holidays, the building is heated by a heat pump and central heating. Thermal comfort for the accommodated guests is ensured without the need for service. There is a fireplace in the living room to create an atmosphere and thermal comfort on cooler summer days and in the off-season.
On the property there is a fireplace and garden furniture with a parasol, a grill, a swing, a wooden podium with a table and benches, an outdoor wooden deckchair, cricket.
2 free parking spaces at the cottage. From the main asphalt road, there is a 100 km unpaved road, passable even in winter.
